What’s New?
Refactored End-Chat Action for Better Stability
We’ve made some behind-the-scenes improvements to how Chats end. The system now handles closing sessions more smoothly, reducing errors and keeping everything running reliably.
Updated Chat Component
We’ve updated the Chat component to the latest version. This update includes improved styling for articles and bullet points, so lists now look cleaner and more consistent in the Chat widget.

| CSAT | Attachments We’ve fixed an issue where customers who chose ‘Leave Chat’ weren’t being shown the CSAT survey at the end of their conversation. Now, when a Chat ends this way, the survey will appear as expected so customers can easily share their feedback. |
| Bullet Points | We’ve fixed an issue where bullet points in articles were showing too much spacing and extra blank lines in the Chat widget. They’ll now appear neat and consistent, making the content easier to read and improving the overall Chat experience. |
| Disconnect Flow | We’ve fixed an issue that sometimes stopped a new chat session from starting after a disconnect. Chats will now restart smoothly in all disconnect and reconnect situations. |
