Webchat Widget v2.0.18
SmartAgent Webchat Widget v2.0.18 enhances our solution with improved accessibility. The chat application has been updated to resolve multiple accessibility issues and improve screen reader behaviour, making Webchat more accessible across different platforms for different screen readers. This suite of changes is part of our work to ensure full WCAG 2.2 AA Compliance across SmartAgent.

Focus on the Webchat widget is now removed when a chat ends to ensure customers can better navigate your webpage after a conversation. |
