Enable Notifications on Microsoft Edge

Instructions

Login into SmartAgent using your username & password.

Once you’ve logged in you’ll need to click on the padlock icon by the URL bar then click on Permissions for this site, as highlighted below.

From here you’ll need to find the notifications sub-menu and change it from Ask (default) to Allow/ Block to enable/disable as highlighted below.

Finally, once that has been actioned, you can close the settings page and you should get a prompt asking you to refresh your page, if not just give it a refresh and that should be enabled.
