How to clear your Cache and Cookies

In your address bar (where you would normally type a web address), copy and paste the following: chrome://settings/content/all

This will load a settings page

Use the search box in the top right and enter “SmartAgent” as shown below

This will display websites related to SmartAgent, such as AWS and the SmartAgent site itself

Click the 3 dots for “awsapps.com” or “smartagent.app”

Click “Clear Data” a confirmation box will then pop up, click “Clear”

Complete this on both results “awsapps.com” and “smartagent.app”
