Keyboard Shortcuts

In SmartAgent, navigation commands use the Ctrl + Alt modifier on Windows.


`Ctrl`+`Alt`+`D`	Navigate to Dialler page
`Ctrl`+`Alt`+`R`	Navigate to Real time metrics page
`Ctrl`+`Alt`+`H`	Navigate to Historic metrics page
`Ctrl`+`Alt`+`Q`	Focus on QA menu tab and opens QA submenu
`Ctrl`+`Alt`+`S`	Focus on Settings menu tab and opens settings submenu

Action commands

In SmartAgent, action commands generally use the Alt + Shift modifier on Windows.


`Enter`	Answer an incoming call.
`Alt`+`Shift`+`D`	Make a call if a number is present in the input field.
`Alt`+`Shift`+`R`	Reject an incoming call.
`Alt`+`Shift`+`E`	End an ongoing call.
`Alt`+`Shift`+`Q`	Open Quick Connect popup and focus on it - Press again to close.
`Alt`+`Shift`+`K`	Open Keypad popup and focus on it - Press again to close.
`Alt`+`Shift`+`N`	Focus on dial number input.
`Alt`+`Shift`+`S`	Open user status popup and focus on it. This popup also has up/down keyboard arrow navigation.
`Alt`+`Shift`+`H`	Set active call on hold. Press again to resume the call.
`Alt`+`Shift`+`T`	While there is an active connection. Toggles control to add another connection.
`Alt`+`Shift`+`G`	Toggles between active connections. Sets one on hold and resumes the other one.

Special Commands

Contact Log (Wrap-Up Form)

The following commands apply to both Windows and Mac.


`Alt`+`↑` or `Alt`+`↓`	Adjust Contact log text area height (`↑` increases height and `↓` decreases height).
`Alt`+`→` or `Alt`+`←`	Adjust Contact log text area width (`→` increases width and `←` decreases width).
